1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 662bt ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("Member", "you"). By opening an account on 662bt or using any service on the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 662bt website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" — Any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — A member's personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in the account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Funds granted under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering" — The total betting amount required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 662bt, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to claim bonuses or benefits through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or closed and the balance being forfeited.

3 Account Security & Verification

3.1 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 662bt account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification

662bt reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Accepted payment methods on 662bt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits made through any method other than those approved are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited, and any suspicious transactions will be subject to investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

662bt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once per member.
• Bonus offers may be subject to a specific expiry period.
• 662bt reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

662bt follows a fair play policy, and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used across all games. The outcome of every game is completely impartial and independent.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or software malfunction results in an inconsistent outcome, the relevant round or bet may be voided. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Betting Rules

The designated betting limits for each game apply. The maximum single bet limit while bonus funds are active is set in accordance with platform policy. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the account may be subject to review.

7 VIP & Loyalty Program

662bt's VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

662bt reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits. VIP cashback is added as bonus funds and wagering requirements may apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using coordinated gaming strategies to abuse bonus offers.
• Attempting fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Conducting any activity directed against 662bt or intended to harm other members.

9 Responsible Gaming

662bt believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — never as an alternative source of income. To help you stay in control of your gaming, we offer the following features:

10 Limitation of Liability

• Falling victim to fraudulent activity by a third party as a result of the member's own negligence.
• If the service must be temporarily suspended due to legal or regulatory changes.

662bt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed and the balance returned before the account is closed. Bonus funds will be cancelled if wagering requirements remain unmet.

11.2 Closure by the Platform

662bt reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to periodic review. In cases of prolonged inactivity, 662bt may take action regarding the account after notifying the member.

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, you are requested to first contact the 662bt support team directly. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email ([email protected]) in both Bengali and English.

Dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
• Step 2: The support team will review the complaint and propose a resolution.
• Step 3: If you do not agree with the resolution, an appeal option is available.

13 Changes to Terms

662bt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered full acceptance of the updated Terms. If the new Terms are not acceptable, members may close their account.
